Account
Your account.
Your licenses and codes in one place, on every Mac you sign in, and your jobs backed up. No password: we email you a code. An account is optional: every purchase also emails your code.
Why an account?
- Buy signed in and the license waits on your Mac. Nothing to paste.
- Every code and end date in one place: email a code to yourself again, any time.
- Your jobs are backed up: lose a laptop, sign in on the new one, pick the job, and it's back (media stays on your drives).
- Remove a Mac you sold, or log out everywhere at once.
Signing in on the Mac is optional: the code from your purchase email always works, with no internet on set. Every Mac gets one free day, account or not.
Bought before you had an account? Use the same email address and those licenses are already here.
Welcome. Your account is ready.
- Download the abby. on the Mac you use on set (abbyvideo.com/download). Its free day starts when you first open it.
- Buy a license here or in the abby. Your code is emailed too, so it works even with no internet on set.
- On the Mac, either: enter your code, or sign in to your account (Settings → License & Add-ons). Both unlock the same way; signing in also brings your licenses and jobs along.
Licenses
No licenses yet. Buy one below, or add a code you already have.
Bought here, a license goes straight into this account, and its code is emailed to you as well. Its days start when you press Start on a Mac (or enter the code), not when you buy, and then run back-to-back: no pausing, saving or splitting days. All sales are final. Payment is handled by Stripe, our Merchant of Record.

Macs
No Macs signed in. That's fine: signing in on a Mac is optional. To do it, open the abby. → Settings → License & Add-ons → Sign in to your account.
Sign in a Mac
In the abby. open Settings → License & Add-ons and choose Sign in to your account, then "Use abbyvideo.com". Type the code it shows here.
Jobs
Backed up from your signed-in Macs: each job's settings, take list, notes and crew (never the media). On a new Mac: sign in, then the project menu → Your jobs.
Nothing backed up yet. Jobs on a signed-in Mac back up by themselves a couple of minutes after a change.
Profile
Security
Logging out everywhere ends every browser and Mac signed in to this account, including this one. Licenses already running on a Mac keep working offline until they end.
Delete my account
This deletes your profile, your Macs and sessions, and every job backup, straight away. Your license codes keep working as plain codes from your purchase emails; they just stop being in an account.
