1. All sales are final
We don't offer refunds on any license, whether or not the key has been used, and whether or not the license period has started or finished.
2. Try before you buy
New users can try the abby. free for a day. Please use the trial to check your Mac, capture hardware, cameras and workflow before you buy.
3. Changing Macs
Your code locks to the first Mac you activate it on. If your Mac fails or you change Macs during a license period, email [email protected] and we'll move the license to your new Mac, free, once per license. Further moves are at our discretion. Moving a license doesn't extend it.
4. If something's wrong on our side
If a key we issued doesn't work and we can't fix it promptly, we'll issue a working key or extend your license period. If you were charged twice for the same order by mistake, the duplicate charge will be reversed.
5. Cancelling
Licenses don't renew automatically, so there's nothing to cancel. When the period ends, recording simply stops until you buy another.
6. Payments
Payment is due in full at checkout, and no key is issued until the payment has been processed. Payments are handled by Stripe, our Merchant of Record, and Stripe's terms also apply to your payment.
7. Your legal rights
This policy doesn't limit any right you have under the law where you live that can't be waived by contract.
