If you believe content on abbyvideo.com infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent that includes:

- a description of the copyrighted work you believe was infringed;
- where the material is on our site (a URL);
- your name, address, phone number and email;
- a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorised by the owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you're the owner or authorised to act for the owner.

"the abby.™", "Abby Monitor™" and the abby. logo are trademarks of Abby Video LLC. They aren't registered trademarks. Please don't use them in a way that suggests we endorse or are connected with you without our permission. Write the product's name as the abby., in lowercase with the full stop.
